Service
Engineer
Particle
& Surface Sciences Pty. Limited is a
Specialist Scientific instruments Company that provides physical
characterisation services to a wide range of research and industrial clients,
throughout Australia & worldwide. As
part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a person to work in our
Customer Service Department as a Service Engineer on a full-time basis.
Ideally
the candidate will have a technical background preferably in electronics,
physics or similar field. Experience
in the repair and service of electronic and scientific instrumentation would
be highly regarded. This position
would be ideally suited to those who have completed tertiary education in
Electronic Engineering or similar. The primary tasks will be both in-house and
on-site service and repairs, training and installation of scientific
equipment. This will involve a
considerable amount of travelling and will require the ability to work with
minimum supervision.
As
with most service industries, your commitment and customer focus will be
important in this role, which would suit someone with excellent customer
communication skills and who is looking to start a career with a successful
team and growing company.
